ANTI-UAV EQUIPMENT

Passive UAS Detection and Countermeasure Equipment

Purpose and Functions

This product integrates detection and jamming, with time-divi- sion operation between sensing and jamming. The detection unit captures UAS communications signals to locate a target: a single detection unit can determine only the target bearing, while two or more detection units can determine target range through cross-fix/triangulation. Once the target is acquired, the jamming unit releases interference based on cueing, achieving drive-off or forced landing.

Depending on the deployment scenario, detection and jamming can also be separated into two independent devices. For large sites, multiple detection units and multiple jamming units can be deployed at different points and networked together, enabling broader coverage and more flexible operation.

Applicable Scenarios

• Detection and localization: Intercept UAS flight-control communications signals and measure UAS bearing; multi-node, grid-based sensing provides accurate position estimation.

• Countermeasures: Depending on system configuration, use GPS (GNSS) spoofing and electromagnetic/RF jamming to drive off UAS. GPS spoofing can lure the UAS to a designated location; electronic jamming can suppress the UAS communications link, forcing return-to-home or landing. This function is optional and varies by model.

• Multi-node networking and zoned configuration capabilities.

Performance Indicators

UAS detection range: ≥ 5 km (depending on model)

Airspace coverage (azimuth/elevation): 360° / 45°

Passive detection frequency range: 2.4 GHz‒2.5 GHz; 5.75 GHz‒5.85 GHz Direction-finding (DF) accuracy: ≤ 2° (RMS)

Localization accuracy: ≤ R × 15% (R = target range); requires two or more units; a single unit does not provide localization

Effective jamming range against typical targets: ≥ 5 km (customizable)
