Overpressure Measuring Device

Instructions

This measuring device shall be installed in the room for entrance ventilation equipment. The exact position shall be determined by the design of individual projects.

The measuring range of the U-tube manometer shall be selected within 200–300 millimeters water column.

The gas angle overpressure measuring device shall be mounted on the pressure measuring pipe during the construction of the civil defense structure.

Fix the mounting plate onto the wall with expansion bolts.

Conduct anti-corrosion treatment on the mounting plate before installation. The paint color of the exterior surface shall be specified by individual project design.

Instructions

For air-raid basements equipped with gas-filtering ventilation systems, a pressure measuring device shall be installed in the chemical defense and duty room.

Install the device in the chemical defense duty room at the air intake entrance, with the specific position subject to individual project design. The outdoor end of the pressure measuring pipe shall be led to the passage outside the protective airtight door (or other locations that can accurately reflect the external atmospheric pressure of the structure), with the pipe opening facing downward.

The measuring range of the inclined micromanometer can be set within 0–200 Pa. Other types of pressure measuring devices complying with operational requirements are also acceptable.

The embedded pressure measuring pipe shall adopt DN15 hot-dip galvanized steel pipe. Its layout shall be determined by individual project design.
