YF Automatic Exhaust Valve

The valve mainly consists of outer casing, lever, valve disc, weight, eccentric wheel and latch. Gas pressure acts on the valve disc to drive the lever and open the valve automatically, with the weight for pressure regulation. When the pressure drops, the valve disc returns to its original position and closes automatically by lever balance.

It is designed for overpressure exhaust with the following operating conditions: nominal pressure 0.001 MPa, operating temperature 0℃ ~ 35℃, relative humidity ≤ 95%, and medium as air.

Note: This exhaust valve is supplied without wall penetration pipe. Please specify if the pipe is required when placing orders.

Fix the wall penetration pipe accurately during civil construction. The pipe shall be kept horizontal and firmly welded to surrounding steel bars.

Ensure the lever is vertically plumb after installation.

The valve cover shall open and close flexibly after installation. Place the weight into the corresponding groove on the elongated hole of the lever according to the overpressure value specified in project design.
