Critical Asset Laser Target Designator Threat Warning Device (Model ADSNA-1I)

Purpose and Functions

This device is designed to detect, identify, and provide threat warning against aerial or ground-based laser target designator signals for ground-based protected assets. It issues audible and visual alerts and evacuation guidance when illumi- nated by a laser target designator.

Applicable Scenarios

This device can serve as a threat warning indicator when a protected asset is being targeted by laser-guided weapons. It can also be used as a supporting component of the "Autonomous Countermeasure System for Critical Assets Against Laser-Guided Weapons," providing data support for generating decoy lasers. The device is capable of accurately warning against target designator lasers currently in service with major military platforms.

Deployment and Operation

The device can be installed at a safe distance from the protected asset. Basic on-site connections for power, communication, and control complete the installation. Before combat, after powering on the device via the command and control center or a local control terminal, the device can fully automatically perform its protection mission with the support of external cueing information.
