WARTIME VENTILATION EQUIPMENT
This dual-purpose fan is supporting ventilation equipment for underground civil air defense projects. It runs electrically under normal power supply. In wartime when power is cut off in air-raid basements, it can be driven manually to maintain ventilation.
Before installation, thoroughly check for foreign objects inside the casing and verify that all components are firmly connected and rotate smoothly. Troubleshoot and adjust any issues promptly.
Install the fan horizontally. The weight of air supply and return ducts shall not be borne by the fan casing.
Stop operation immediately if any abnormality occurs during running or shutdown. Resume operation only after the fan and circuits are confirmed to be in normal condition.
Remove the V-belt for the electric drive when using foot operation. The fan base shall be fixed with embedded steel plates.
