Product Overview

Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) is an advanced all-weather reconnaissance technology offering high resolution and strong penetration capability, and it has been widely deployed on spaceborne and airborne reconnaissance platforms as well as in guidance systems for precision-guided munitions. The Counter-SAR Jamming System deliv- ers  low-power  masking jamming and deceptive jamming against  mainstream spaceborne and airborne SAR systems. By altering the adversary’s acquired radar imagery, it achieves concealment of true targets and genera- tion of false targets (“hide the real, show the false”) on the reconnaissance side, disrupting interpretation and intelligence assessment. On the strike side, it provides large-area suppression and blinding of the intended target zone, degrading enemy strike effectiveness.

Key Functions

• Covers operating frequency bands, bandwidths, pulse widths, and other parameters of current airborne and spaceborne SAR systems, enabling effective jamming to protect sensitive areas and key installations.

• Acquires critical SAR signal  parameters, including center frequency,  bandwidth,  modulation type, start/end frequency, amplitude, pulse width, pulse repetition frequency (PRF), and operating mode.

• Provides both masking (cover) and deceptive jamming effects.
